A Council of Suggestion is formed when community members join together to support an event by offering their power of suggestion. When this commitment is made, a Muddle arises to carry out their will.

The High Five Gauntlet was suggested by the council so that everyone at FIGMENT might high five everyone at FIGMENT. Forming two lines and facing East, everyone took turns running the gauntlet and then taking their place at the end to continue the cascade of high fives.
